I would like to see an award for the most helpful/knowledgeable wi/ht and flash forum users. those guys are always the nicest, and they never get mention since your topic is basically being run by the General crowd.

'Best comeback'. Sadly, there don't seem to be too many good users coming back, but I'm sure there's someone out there that deserves to be awarded with this one.

It's pretty hard coming up with an interesting, positive award, but I'll work on that.

In the meantime, how about Biggest Impact? I don't know if you already did this, as i've never really followed these threads, but this would basically be about which user caused the biggest controversy or was talked about the most in the past year. Kinda like a new user making a name for himself already, or a known user putting himself in the spotlight with some deed. Whatever.

I'm not even sure how this would work, it seems more like a joke award than anything else, but this is assuming the whole "awesome" trend keeps going. Which I'm sure it will!

You know, It'd be much easier to have a list of all the exising categories in one convenient place. Maybe even this blog right here?

Underrated should keep the idea from last year (split the award between most and least voted for). As for a new award...hmmm...

I'm not sure if 'Part-time lurker' should be one, since anyone with low posts per day can get that...

All I ask is that you keep the "Best Storyteller Award" as a category, this year.
Next year, there won't be any stories on the BBS. But there have been some good ones this year.

To make it more interesting, perhaps a guideline that each vote be accompanied with the name of the story; posted this past year. Otherwise, the vote don't count. Just a thought.

But since there won't be anymore new story threads on the BBS, let's enjoy the category for one last year.

All I know is "Best New User" will be even tougher to vote for this year then it will be last year.
